Between the 'crisis' and/ or the 'illusion' the young Videoholica
International
Video Art Festival, based in Varna, visited
Dobrich, Ruse, Sofia, Plovdiv, Veliko Tarnovo,
Stara Zagora
and Balchik, from 14
May to 10 of June 2010, with video art from Austria, Germany, Italy, Canada,
Norway, Portugal, USA, France, Holland and Japan.
‘Videoholica Pre-production Tour 2010’ offered to the Bulgarian
public video art selections from the previous editions of the
festival (Videoholica 2008 & 2009) and joint international video art projects,
presentation of the concept of the forthcoming third edition of
the festival in August 2010, invitation to the Bulgarian video
artists to take part in Videoholica 2010, friendly meeting and
an open dialogue with the initiators and initiatives of Videoholica.
The project ‘Videoholica Pre-production Tour 2010’was organized
by Pavlina Mladenova with the support of
Videoholica Association and with the partnership of Arhis
Gallery, Varna; City Art Gallery, Dobrich; City Art Gallery,
Ruse; Centre for Culture and Debate "Red House”,
DADA Cultural Bar, Studio
Dauhaus, Sofia; Open Arts
